2.
在提交案例時已獲得所有應當獲得的授權，並授權主辦單位可在為評獎之目的向投票者或評委等公開參評案例內容、類別及名稱等。
3.
參評人對所有有關此項賽事與主辦單位的溝通信息和案例保密（包括電子記錄、數碼記錄、紙質記錄和文字和語音記錄等）。
4. 主辦單位可公開獲獎人名單及獲獎案例名稱。
1. The submitted cross-border financial service case
complies with relevant regulatory requirements and laws, and
the content of the case is truthful and accurate.
2. Upon submission, all necessary authorizations have been
obtained, and the organizer is hereby authorized to publicly
disclose the case content, category, and name for the
purpose of award evaluation.
3. The participant undertakes to maintain confidentiality
(including electronic records, digital records, paper
records, and verbal/written records) regarding all
communications and case-related information exchanged with
the organizer. Customer names mentioned in the case must be
anonymized (e.g., replaced with pseudonyms) to protect
privacy.
4. The organizer reserves the right to publicly announce the
names of award winners and the titles of their winning
cases.
